It doesn't matter your level of activity or fitness, CrossFit is for everyone. How do you get started?
-Every last Friday of the month every class on the schedule is "Free Friday". Free Class Friday is an opportunity for non-CrossFitters to come in and try out a class for the first time for free.
It's pretty easy. Anyone off the street can come in and give CrossFit a try for the first time at no cost. So bring yourself, even a friend if you want and just drop in! Your Coach will take the time to take you step-by-step through CrossFit movements, and work with you throughout the workout.
